Clear masking tape turned brown; 

white notepad with blue stripes horizontally, a red stripe vertically, and a brown line at the top to hold the pieces of paper together used for note taking and sketching. It was stained accidentally on multiple occasions-- three times with coffee and once with water. The water spread the red ink into pink puddles;
